Closing a drum according to the manual is easy enough by hand. Closing and opening however can be made even easier and more ergonomic with a Lid Locker. This simple tool allows you to create more torque with less effort.
What Does The “W” Stand For?
Since the introduction of Square Drums the range of applied UN packaging types has expanded. In addition to 4H2, the common 1H2 code has been expanded with a “W”.
Leak Tight
The rubber gasket in a drum lid prevents liquids from escaping or spilling out. Leak-tightness is tested by resting drums on the lid and side for a certain period of time thus burdening the gasket.
